This project involves the electric vehicle brand, BEYONCA, which has rented the former Volkswagen showroom in Jiuxianqiao, Beijing, to use as its showroom, office, and R&D headquarters.
The building covers approximately 17,000 sq.m., divided into four floors across two wings: east and west. The pedestrian circulation between the east and west buildings forms an X-shaped pattern, with staggered connections rather than direct horizontal links between the two wings on the same floor. Vehicles can access each floor via external ramps circling around the building’s perimeter. The architecture itself is particularly intriguing.
